job_card
Read a job card. A job card, read only: how a bigger piece of work runs from start to finish (a course, a class or booking page, a newsletter, an invoice run, a post campaign, an automation, refreshing the next steps). Without id: the cards. With id: what it produces, its steps, what the owner's files already say, the few things only the owner can tell you, where the result shows (with its link) and how to run it. Read it before you start such a job, and follow it.
Where it is
In the office area (search, the AI call log, her settings, and opening parts of her office): open it with tools_for { area: "office" }, then call it with read_tool { name: "job_card", args }.
Does it need a yes?
Reads only: it changes nothing. Here: a job card and which of its needs her files answer.

Example
{
"name": "job_card",
"arguments": {}
}When it is refused
invalid: The input isn't right. The sentence names the field and the fix; nothing was done. Fix it and call again.not_found: No such thing in this company (a task, file, person, record). Check the number or name, or list first.not_allowed: Not without another step: the owner's yes, your own task held with pick_up, or a setting the owner turns on. The sentence says which.taken: Someone else holds it (another AI on that task). Pick another task.stale: It changed since you read it. Read it again and use the new version.failed: On our side or a service's, never your input. Try again in a minute; if it keeps failing, call report_problem.
