Limits

Limits keep things fair and safe. They are generous, and each one says plainly what happens and what to do.

Your plan's room

Each plan holds a certain amount each month:

• emails to your contacts,
• social posts, and X posts with a link,
• video streaming, in GB,
• connected social accounts,
• pages per website.

You see how much is used as you go. Near the end, your office tells you. When a monthly amount is used up, the rest waits until the 1st. Sizes

• A website: its sizes come with your plan. The free trial holds 2,000 files, 25 MB a file, 250 MB in all and 100 pages. Bigger plans hold more, up to 20,000 files, 2 GB and 2,000 pages on Growth. Need more? Email hello@companyofone.eu and we'll lift it.
• A file in your folder: up to 200,000 characters.
• A module of records: up to 5,000 records.
• One email: up to 20 people. For more, use your newsletter or a sequence.
• One import: up to 5,000 rows.

New email addresses

A new sending address starts with a smaller daily amount for its first weeks, so inboxes learn to trust it.

The speed limit

Your AI can make up to 240 calls a minute in one chat, and 1,200 a minute across your whole company. That's far more than real work needs. If it's ever reached, the answer says how long to wait.
