Nothing goes out without your yes

Your AI drafts. You decide.

• An email, a post, an invoice, a change to your website or a payment step waits on a yes card until you say yes.
• The card shows exactly what will go out: who gets it, the words, the links and the amounts.
• Yes cards are in Approvals in your office, and your AI gives you each card's link in the chat.
• Some emails you approved once as a template (for example a booking confirmation) go out by themselves after that. You can see and change those templates.

Changed your mind right after a yes? Open the card: while nothing has gone out yet, you can take your yes back.

If you leave a card alone:

• It never runs out, and nothing goes out. Its work simply waits.
• From 08:00 each morning you get a note when something waits for you, and an urgent note when a customer has waited more than a day for an answer.
• Not yet asks "What should change?". Your note goes to your AI, which makes a new version. It never undoes what already went out.
• A yes that didn't go through shows in Approvals for 14 days. Open it to see why: Send again appears when nothing went out, or Fix it with your AI.
• Your decisions, under Sign-in and security, lists every yes and not yet, who gave it and when.
• "That does not look right" means a box you filled in can't be read. Check that box and try again. If a yes still does nothing, tell a person.
