How your coach works

Coaching from AATAM, by Aayush · About the coaching

Your office has a coach. It shows your next step in each department, and at the right moments in your work it asks you one good question. This page says how it works and what it keeps.

What it does

  • Each department has a next step, tied to your 90-day plan.
  • Sometimes a moment in your work, like a first price, a post waiting or a site ready to go live, is a good moment to look at how you meet it. Your coach offers one such moment at most once a week, never while something waits for your yes, and never when money worry or an upset client comes first.
  • You choose: Look at it with me or Not now. Not now rests it for 30 days.

How a moment goes

  • Your coach asks what you notice. Your answer leads.
  • You choose to keep your way, adjust it, or try a new way. Keeping your way is a real choice.
  • If you like, you pick one small try for this week. On Friday your check-in asks how it went.
  • Your coach never diagnoses you, never guesses your motives and never promises results. This is coaching, not therapy.

You, and the people close to you

  • Coaching beyond work is off until you switch it on in You › Your coaching, with your own consent.
  • Switching it off keeps what you shared, hidden, until you switch it on again.

Your coaching notes

  • Your choices, your tries and your words about a moment are kept apart from your business files, only for you. Your team can't see them.
  • Your own Claude or ChatGPT can read them, like everything in your office. You can switch that off in You › Your coaching.
  • Our staff can't read them. If you book 1:1 coaching or a retreat, you can let one named coach read them until a date you choose. You see every read and can stop it any time.
  • You can download them or forget them any time in You › Your coaching. Forget removes them at once; our safety backups keep a copy for up to 12 months.

If things feel heavy

If something you write shows real distress, your coach stops coaching and points you to people who can help, like the emergency number (112 in Europe) or your doctor. It then offers no coaching moments for 30 days. You can still open any of them yourself.

From AATAM

In You › Your coaching you find From AATAM: the framework, questions to think about, 1:1 coaching and retreats. You can ignore all of it; your coaching stays the same.
