Email hello@companyofone.eu. A person reads every message.
Write from the email address you sign in with, and say:
- your company's name,
- what you were doing, and what happened,
- for a charge: the date and the amount.
Never send a password, an app code, a recovery code or a card number. We never ask for them.
A person always answers questions about money, refunds, your account, sign-in, and your data.
