Your plan and billing

• Your plan, invoices and payment card are in Billing in your office.
• To stop your plan, tap Cancel my plan in Billing. It ends at the end of the period you've paid for: everything keeps working until then, nothing more is charged, and you get an email with the date. Changed your mind? Tap Keep my plan any time before that day. Only the owner can do this.
• During the free trial, Home, your phone and Billing say how many days are left and the day it ends, with the way to go live.
• Your customers pay you directly, into your own Stripe account. We never hold your money.
• Questions about a charge, a refund, a plan change or an invoice from us: a person answers these. See "Talk to a person". Your AI does not decide them and does not promise anything about them.

Our prices are in euros and shown without VAT. At checkout you give your country, and the VAT for it is added; a business can add its VAT number. Our checkout may show the company behind Company of One as the seller.
