The departments
Your office is split into departments, like a real company. Each one has an AI role, its own skills and its own goals.
How departments work
- Every plan has every department. Turn on the ones you need.
- Each department has a page in your office with its tasks and its goals.
- Your AI works as that department's role, with its skills. A skill is a written way of doing one job well, your way.
- You can change a department's goals and add skills of your own.
Management
Sets the direction and the weekly plan. Writes your morning brief, keeps the board up to date, and brings you only the decisions that need you.
Sales
Every enquiry gets a reply drafted in your voice, and a gentle follow-up if they go quiet. Proposals, quotes and offers are drafted for you to check.
Marketing
Helps people find you. Your AI asks about your week and your clients, then turns your answers into a week of posts, a carousel and a short film, in your voice. Films, slides and pictures go through the media library.
Operations
Prepares everything around the work you sell: the week's work, a welcome for each new client, checklists and handouts.
Customer service
Welcomes every sign-up, answers common questions, asks happy clients for a testimonial, and handles requests about people's data.
Finance and admin
Files receipts, drafts invoices and friendly reminders, sets up payments and memberships, and shows you your money on one screen.
Systems
Looks after your website, your email, your tools and the AI itself: safety rules, spend caps, a backup AI and a second look before anything big goes live.
Turning a department on
Ask your AI to turn a department on. It asks for your yes first, and the department's files then wait for one more yes before they go in your folder. Management and Systems are always on.
What the numbers on Home mean
- Tasks: the open work in your week. Your AI makes them as it sets up. You don't do them yourself.
- Setting up, so many of so many done: the set-up steps. Only a few are needed: connecting your AI and the first ones about your business. The rest you can skip with Skip for now.
- Your software, so many of so many working: the tools in your list that are really live. A tool in test mode or not set up yet counts as not working. It doesn't mean something is broken, and nothing spends money by itself.
- Notes waiting to reach you, with Set a channel: you haven't picked where your notes go. They wait in the office until you do.
- Nightly backup: when it last ran. Your office keeps its own backup.
- Other: cards that belong to no department you have.
- Your course instructor sees your set-up steps only if you joined from a course. Settings, Your course switches it off.
- Your company runs on Amsterdam time (Central European time). There is no setting to change it yet.
